Frans is working on a recipe book based on the successful, Cooking with Basil (sold out), in association with the award-winning Bread&Wine Restaurant at Moreson, Franschhoek.
He¹s also doing a special commissioned series of artworks for Louis & Hardy at La Creuzette, France. These will be used for a recipe book and other interesting publicity items.
